I have done everything others have including PBS's advice to check router security. Nothing works. Its between PBS and Roku.
Same here. Opened a ticket with both PBS and Roku.
The link you provided does not have any support process for the Roku app being nonfunctional.
This is a ridiculous request. It’s obviously across numerous devices and multiple people having the same issues.

Roku's response was Roku 4 was obsolete and needs upgrade but that does not adress 3 other Roku Tv's in the house.
