We understand the issue you have encountered with your Roku Express that paused itself and buffers, and we're here to assist. We'll provide you with troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue. Kindly follow the instructions below:
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
- Select System restart
In addition, please make sure to reset your modem to enable an optimal network connection for streaming.
- Unplug the modem's power and Ethernet cables.
- Wait at least 2–3 minutes for the modem to fully power off.
- Reconnect the power and Ethernet cables to the modem.
- Wait for the internet light to turn solid.
- Check if the internet is working properly
