I would first try a different power adapter. (a cell phone charging adapter rated 5volts, 1amp). If the new power adapter does not fix issue, try a Factory Reset. (press and hold Reset button for 30+ seconds).
If still a no-go, you can try the 12-month warranty replacement procedure.
