WHAT UPDATE??, I GOT MINE NEW OUT OF THE BOX FROM KOGAN. IT WAS A REFURBISHED PREVIOUSLY OWNED MODEL? I guess that means Kogan/Roku could have sent me one that someone else returned with this problem??
