Same issue for me for several days. Rebooted, checked network connectivity, etc. I can’t remove and re-install because I have the subscription through Roku. App works fine on Apple TV and iPhone on the same network.
Definitely Roku because it works on my iPhone fine.
If you have an eero, stop the ad block option. That fixed it for me. Kudos to Godspeed731 for figuring this out!

This just worked on mine. Ad blocking on my eero has been on forever but just recently it was keeping Paramount+ shows from loading. Turned it off and boom started streaming right away.
Have been running PiHole for ad blocking on my network for longer than I’ve had Roku devices. Paramount + was working fine until last week when it stopped streaming. Followed the advice of @wolfie4wvu and switched to a public DNS server and the app will now stream.
Is there a way of manually setting the network settings on the Roku devices? If not, I’ll have to manually set all the PCs and phones.
I pay monthly and this will not load. Paramount said there was an error with a Roku patch. It's not been working for more than a week. You should have had time to fix the patch. Also, they claim they can't credit my account because I'm paying through Roku. It continually buffers with the circle,
Thanks TheMoose, I am running Pi-hole as well. I logged unlooked at recent blocked queries and found a roku query that was just blocked and added it to the whitelist. Seems to be working now.
The Paramount plus app opens without issue but when any movie/tv show is selected and you select watch - the blue circle spins and nothing happens the movie or tv show does not come up. The app had been working fine over the last 2 yrs but as of a week ago none of my TLC Roku TVs will stream it.
