Problemas con mi Roku, si alguien puede ayudarme se lo agradecería

Me muestra en pantalla un cartel que dice Energía eléctrica insuficiente, no sé si será que se agotaron las baterías, necesito ayuda, si alguien sabe por favor de decirme

@Roseglez If the device is being powered by the USB port on your TV, try plugging directly into a wall outlet.

@Roseglez If the device is being powered by the USB port on your TV, try plugging directly into a wall outlet.
