Solving playback issues

While looking at the Hollywood Classics Channel there is a sponser ad dropdown on the upper right hand screen that keeps coming on showing ads. It is very annoying while you are watching the movie. How do you turn this feature off?

It is a feature of the channel, and up to the developer. It's not under Roku's control. If it's a free channel, how do you think they make money?

That's makes a lot if sense otherwise we would have to pay for that channel and it's a very good channel. Thank you the insight.
