Parental controls still working when it is turned off.

I have set up a purchasing pin but my parental controls are turned off.  I can use that pin to purchase new products, but that pin does not work to unblock Live TV.  Since my parental controls are off, why is it asking me for a pin and then not accepting the only pinI have set up with Roku?

Hi @Tyrone123, we see you're having issues with your PIN. To fix this, we would recommend restarting your Roku device to see if the change you made to remove your PIN takes effect. If you need help doing this, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Press Home  on your Roku remote
  2. Scroll and select Settings
  3. Select System
  4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
  5. Select System restart
