I am having the same problem - it says "Get Started" and "Sign Out". If I choose "Get Started" it tells me I have an account and to login. But I am logged in. If I log out and then log back in (either using the on screen approach or the web site approach) I get logged in but still see the "Get Started" and "Sign Out" choices.
I can't get to the main Paramount+ page. I have Paramount+ - on the Roku app - but I notice there is another app called "Paramount+ on Roku". I'm afraid if I go into that, I'll end up paying for 2 subscriptions.
Can someone tell me why I'm having the issues above? I've restarted my router, unplugged my tv, etc. & nothing works. I paid for the year long subscription and now I can't access it.
