This worked for me, too. Hopefully I won't get bombarded with ads now!

i’m having the same problem and there is no remove channel option. Mine is streaming through Roku TV and I have already done a factory reset and resigned back into Paramount+. I can select a show, but then I just watch it spin and load and never play.
You can setup a profile to allow the roku’s and block other devices with ad blocking
