All my devices have missing apps or blackout apps broken missing letters on the home screens and apps remotes also skip lines and categories from the list and I’m sick and tired of restarting or factory reset as a solution because in 2 days the problem is back. I already through out a Roku streamer thinking it was the issue now I have a brand new stream bar with the same issues.

We appreciate you for letting us know about the issue you have encountered with your Roku device, and we'd like to collect for further details so our team can look into this. Can you please provide the details below?

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
  • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
  • Photo or video referring to the issue.
