Solving playback issues

Past two days NFL app won't load. Crashes back to home screen. Restarted and updated my Roku device numerous times.

I contacted Roku via chat and phone. They say I have no subscription to NFL.com on my account & that is why things are not working. I went to my account and did not find a subscription. My credit card was charged a few days ago for the subscription AND I am able to view it via my browser. (And it was working fine on Sunday.) It would appear that many of us have lost our NFL subscriptions from our Roku accounts. (A better error msg when trying to start the app would be nice.)  So Roku told me to contact NFL.com to resolve this.  BTW, I got my subscription directly through NFL.com and not through Roku.

I will now try to figure out how to contact NFL.com - wish me luck!

Same as others, the NFL app crashes when attempting to open and goes back to the Home Screen.

Same problem.  Deleted and reloaded app.  Same problem.  I'm not going to bother giving my Roku info.  Obviously it's a Roku system problem across different Roku devices.  So asking for additional info is just a smoke screen distracting from solving the problem.

This has not been resolved both my roku tvs won't load up and I've tried resetting everything and updating

Same problem on both my TVs but works fine on my fine, obviously this is a huge problem with Roku as there are tons of post from a month ago when this apparently happened before

Issue just started happening to me yesterday (11/20/2024) with the NFL app. Same as everyone else, won’t load and takes me back to the Home Screen.
