I agree. When are you going to address this issue and finally admit that your equipment or software is inferior. I also started having this problem every time the tv was turned on. Nothing else plugged into tv just the Roku. Tv is a month old and fully updated. Tv is wall mounted so to unplug and re plug everything is a major pain . The problem ONLY occurs when the Roku streaming stick is being used the firestick and my friends Apple TV streaming device DOES NOT get this error same cable and same power supply. So with all the information that everyone has sent all the evidence points to the Roku equipment. Considering what they charge for the equipment you think they would produce quality streaming equipment and stop worrying about backlighting the remote.
