Solving playback issues

same here.  Got on a chat with Roku just minutes ago, and they said to contact the NFL app producers about the issue, as they are the ones that develop the platform for the app.

Just chatted with Roku.  They're zero help!!!  Kept telling me to reset network, reset box, reset internet connection, try mobile hotspot, etc., etc.  All of which I have already done multiple times to no avail.  NFL app stopped working for me on Sunday and Monday, then started working again on Tuesday evening, now out again on Wednesday.  I can use same network with my iPad and NFL APP works fine so I know it is not NFL issue.  Roku's fix DOES NOT HELP but they keep insisted you do it again and again!  Time to show Roku this service is not acceptable!  We need to find another streaming service.

Same problem here. I don’t understand and I am very frustrated because I’m trying to catch up. I have done all the resets, uninstall, log out tricks I could find. No help. It works on my phone and iPad but neither of my Roku tvs. One being the tcl Roku tv and the Roku streaming stick.

This isn't an NFL issue...it's a Roku issue that Roku refuses to admit is their problem.
