Solving playback issues

Upon opening, it plays the ad for signing into NFL+ fine. Upon loading into the main screen, it freezes and crashes to the tv Home Screen. 

Version 5.0 Build 72. It’s the most up to date one on the App Store.

Mine only starts to load the sidebar then crashes back to the Roku Home Screen.

Mine also loads the side menu with the spinning wheel on the screen.  Then is crashes back to the Room main menu.  We have a Room box on the main TV and a Room stick in the master bedroom.  Both crash when trying to open the NFL+ app.  All other apps are working fine.

We are having the same exact problem as of 11/27/24 3:57p. not sure what to do. I wanted to delete app and reinstall but not sure how to do that. I read a Roku message there's been a problem but seems to have been fixed but not for us.

NFL app stopped loading.  Spins, shows me the side bar and then kicks out to the home screen. Looks like this issue has been going on awhile with ROKU, but it's new to me today.  I did everything including uninstalling and reinstalling the app.  Still not working.

Same. Why am I not seeing responses to this issue? Any idead?

Same issue, except mine doesn't even have an ad. It crashes within seconds of opening.

Looks like this issue happened back in October, but they said they resolved it.  It happened again on Monday this week and yesterday 11/26 they said they resolved it.  Now it's happening again today 11/27 so I am not sure what is going on. I guess we will have to watch on the phone or tablet until ROKU can figure this out. (sigh)
