The only time I have had an issue with the MASN was there was a time on my Samsung galaxy s21 android phone the app would crash a lot last season. My windows 11 laptop had an issue with MASN website streaming not loading a live stream on the first try, if I try again it usually works using Microsoft edge.
I reached out to MASN and they acknowledged this was an issue with their provider and they were working on it. It hasn't been working for like 2 months now so I'm not sure why they haven't been able to resolve it yet. Knowing MASN and being like 5 years behind the times, it doesn't surprise me...
