You guys haven't fixed a thing. I bought a brand new Hisense Roku 32" TV yesterday. The issue was noticeable 3 minutes after turning on my PS5 and switching to game mode. I'll give you all the information because I know you'll ask without providing any help by reading the rest of these comments.
Model: Hisense 4Series-32.
Serial number: X02700JSYGWD
Software version 13.0.0 - Build 24062-G5
I noticed this issue immediately, and it's still persistent in version 13. You never gave us an update, and they clearly haven't fixed the issue. Now, you'll have loyal Roku fans like me leaving your platform forever. I've always loved Roku but this issue makes my PS5 unplayable. There's just no other option for me but to switch platforms. I don't want to, but your company is neglecting this issue and it renders game consoles unplayable on your platform. I don't have any other choice. I'll be filing a report to the BBB and leaving your platform indefinitely. I suggest others reading this do the same. There are too many other options for TV OS systems to deal with this.
I've tried a factory reset as recommended on another post and that didn't fix the issue. I tried switching inputs. I tried switching HDMI cables. I switched TVs and I tried adjusting the settings on my PS5 to verify it was the TV. It's as simple as it being an issue with Roku TV Game Mode.
I'm thinking of buying the same model Hisense TV with the Google TV OS. If I do that, I'll provide an update for you fine people. However if I choose a different TV I may not give an update, either way my comment still stands.
You've ignored us long enough Roku!
