Error code RLP-1041 No connectivity

We keep getting this code. It says we don’t have connectivity but we have tried several times to connect to our internet and it won’t connect. We can only get some random channels like ESPN, HG TV, but none of the network channels. Help please!

We see that you're having some connectivity issues on your Roku device, and we'd like to learn more about this.

Could you share with us when you started seeing this? Are there some recent changes that might be related to this?

Please also share the device ID of the affected device; this can be found by navigating to Settings>>System>>About.
