Disney+ Streaming issues always buffering closed to midnight
Since moving into my new residence April 2024, whenever I'm watching Disney+ shows (any show), starting around 10:30pm-ish any show I'm watching start to buffer. Sometimes I get an error saying that it can't display the show again and it takes me back to the Disney+ homepage. Sometimes I can get back into my show, and other times I can't.
I've called my WiFi provider (Telus) who has told me that there isn't any issues they can see on their end. I've added a booster on the same level as the Roku device (which it is connected to) and I'm still experiencing the issue.
What do I need to do so that I no longer have these issues?

Re: Disney+ Streaming issues always buffering closed to midnight
Hi, @Zazzles.
Thanks for joining us here in the Roku Community!
It looks like you're having buffering problems with Disney Plus around midnight, and we'd love to check it out.
Let's start with basic troubleshooting!
- Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press Star to open the Options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
- Restart your Roku device: Go to Settings > System > Power > System restart > Restart Now.
- Re-install the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Streaming Store and add the channel again.
If this did not resolve the issue, try checking out this link for more tips. However, if the problem persists, get back to us so we can dig deeper into it.
