Disconnect then reconnect HDMI

Every few days I get an error to disconnect the HDMI and then reconnect it. When the issue happens I get the audio signal but not the video. I can see all of the menus etc., I can hear the program but not see it. Quick disconnect then reconnect and everything is fine ... for a few days. Please advise.

Could you tell us a bit more about what the problem is that you're running into? Does the issue only occur on a specific channel on your device? What Roku model do you have? In addition, have you tried using another HDMI cable and switching HDMI ports to see if you are experiencing the same issue?
