Audio out of sync on Spectrum App.

Spectrum TV app loses audio sync with picture after 15 or 20 minutes of watching TV.  Audio sync gets really bad when changing channels and going from guide back to certain channel.

I'm using a 4K plus streaming stick with software version 12.5.5 and build 4174.  I have reset the stick and removed and reinstalled the app, but still continues to happen.

If you have the Roku app, you can select your device and go into settings. Then scroll down to "Adjust Audio Delay" Can't tell you how long it will last but it does fix most of the time. But I really feel the problem is more with the Spectrum app and may happen only on certain channels at times. Spectrum stinks but in some cases/situations, we don't have a choice.
