Audio on our Roku Express keeps going in and out every couple minutes.

The audio on our Roku Express has started to go in and out every couple of minutes, sometimes not even that long.  I have unplugged EVERYTHING, and replugged it in.  I have changed out the cables, tried different HDMI ports on the TV, gone into settings and restarted, unplugged all the cables on my internet modem.   NOTHING WORKS!!!  Does anyone know how to fix this, because at this point I'm ready to throw my Roku in the dumpster and find something else to use to stream with.  We have had this device for about three, maybe four years.

Since you have nothing to lose, try a factory reset.  Beyond that, I'd say you got your money's worth out of it.  I've always treated "Express" models as disposable.
