I have a Roku Ultra LT using the wired ethernet connection ...
Today (10/12/2021) Accuradio appears to have a problem ... When I select it from the Home screen, it seems to attempt to load it, showing the initial splash screen but then it flips back to the Home screen
I've already done the following ...
1- Check for any updates
2- Restarted the Roku
3) Deleted and the re-added the Accuradio channel
Any other ideas?
Help would be greatly appreciated

Did you restart your Roku device before re-installing the channel? That step is crucial when performing the troubleshooting. If you haven't tried the suggested order (remove > restart > re-install), we would recommend giving it a shot once again.

I followed your suggestion but did appear to resolve the problem ...
I also am experiencing the same problem on my Roku Express 4k I recently purchased ... That one works on wireless.
The channel was working about midnight last night.
BTW .. I checked other channels, both free and paid, and they all were working

For clarification, did the issue get resolved on your Roku Ultra LT? If so, try doing the same thing on your Roku Express 4K. If the issue persisted, contact the channel provider's customer support team to report the issue and get help.
Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel developer themselves. In this case, there's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from the channel provider.

It seems to be the Accuradio channel ...
I checked the channel last night around 11 pm and was working properly ...
I just checked it this morning but now it is NOT working but exhibiting the same behavior as I initially reported.
Back again ...
Same problem cropped up again 😞 ...
Tried the delete, restart, reinstall process but to no success ...
Will check it again in the morning
I don't use Accuradio all that often anymore, but it was doing this last month also. I hadn't used it since then and same tonight after reading your posting. (returns to home screen/fails to launch).
Has it been working for you until tonight?
I have kind of moved to myTuner radio Channel/app but still have Accuradio Channel/app installed.
I'm having the same issue for a couple days now (March 21, 2022). I hope Accuradio fixes this soon.
Been having the same issues lately. on all my Roku devices, so it's something with Accuradio.
I've done all the typical "reset" "fixes". None work. The app is mucked up I fear.
Sadly, I may have to remove it, and it was one of my favorite music apps 😞
