"No signal" message after converting to ROKU Streaming Stick 4K

Converted two TV's from ROKU Premiere + to ROKU Streaming Stick 4K.  One TV now gives message "No Signal" and the other gives "No time information" and "No signal - 1) check the cable connection and the settings of your source device", and 2) "Press SOURCE on your remote to select connected source device".

I can hit the HOME button and proceed with everything working as it should - so why these error messages at startup ?

The sticks may have a "power saving" feature enabled under Settings->System->Power.  If so, they may be in power saving mode and any non-TV control button on the remote will wake the stick.  Bear in mind that the TV controls (Power, volume, mute) affect only the TV.  Pressing the power button on the remote doesn't affect the stick.
