None of that works!!!!! The Roku devices DO NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT MEMORY for the apps you want to use  for streaming!!!

Very cheap and poor design!!! Roku needs to fix this or I’m switching to Amazon

NOPE!! None of these steps worked for me in any of my Roku devices.. 

My living and bedroom Roku still get the same “memory” message. 

Does anyone know if firestick is any better?

I am beginning to think ROKU is nothing more than a ripoff.  You can’t talk to someone without paying and providing credit card information.  I think the Ohio AG takes these kinds of complaints.  The not enough memory prompt on Prime appears to be a gateway to being ripped off. A simple live person customer service number would be great.

@theferrellgroup, is someone asked you for a credit card, IT WASN'T ROKU!!!  All Roku support starts at https://support.roku.com/contactus.  Don't search for Roku support.  You'll just find scammers.

Thank you SO much. I was having the same issue and no matter how many apps i removed it gave the same memory error. 

I went to settings > system > power > system restart. After I did the system restart apps immediately started loading again. Good as new. Thank you so very much.
