cant log in to my roku tv with same email as my roku stick

Hi,

Moved my roku stick to another TV and trying to set up my roku TV. Message says sorry the email that you provided isn't working. That email works fine on the roku stick and for logging in to my account online. I have tried different wireless networks with the same result.

I don't know if it will help, but if you can connect the TV to an alternate network like your phone's hotspot try that to get through the setup.
