Watch different programs on different deviced

I have a Roku stick and remote for my tv and I just bought another Roku with remote for my new projector. I want to be able to watch something on tv while the family watches movie on projector. I’ve been trying to set up a second account for the new Roku/projector/remote but the system won’t let me. It’s forcing me back to the original account. Any fix for this? Wimius p64 projector. Thanks!

Re: Watch different programs on different deviced

There is no problem with having multiple Rokus (up to, I think, 20) linked to the same Roku user account.   Each will independently be able to view any of the channel apps installed to the account that it wishes.  Some of the channel apps themselves may limit how many concurrent streams they will support on the same channel account, but two should not be a problem.
