Use Roku from a separate location.

If you can not use it from seperate location, what good is it

Need to control parents roku from differennt location and wifi network in order to turn them on a movie to watch. as the parent is not able to run the roku stick themselves. years ago i read it was possible with somme roku sticks. now i am trying to find the instructions to do that.

Currently, Roku does not have the capability to control a Roku device from a different location other than the one it is currently located in.
