Stop adding channels I don't want

I have been a Roku user for years. I will never buy another one of your products. When people complain that you add channels automatically, you give instructions for how to remove them. Also known as a tautology. I have enough busy work without my TV adding to the list.

There is nothing you can do or say that will change my mind. I am a 57-year-old autistic and I am done with corporate America BS. I see you, I know what you're doing, and I will not tolerate it any longer.

Corporate greed will be the downfall of corporations.

Re: Stop adding channels I don't want

@Corporategreed-

Unwanted channel installations are often the result of pressing the wrong key when exiting a Roku screen saver.  Some of the scrolling screen savers, Iike City Scape, have embedded links to channels. If you press the play/pause key to exit the screen saver it will load the currently visible linked channel if already installed or offer to install it if not.

To avoid this, press some other key to exit the screen saver.   I usually press the remote's * key.
