It's a little hard to follow, but it sounds like there's multiple devices and two Roku accounts involved and some devices are linked to one account and some to the other. Is that right?
You can manage the devices linked to a particular account at https://my.roku.com using the email address that's displayed under Settings->System->About on each device. I think you want to unlink some devices from one or the other accounts. If your payment method is attached to an account that isn't yours, you had best remove it. You'll need to cancel any subscriptions that are through Roku (which you can also see at https://my.roku.com ) before you can remove the payment method. Otherwise if you're still on friendly terms, get the account owner to change it to his.
The only way to link a device to a different Roku account is to factory reset it and start over.
