Hi. Some help would be appreciated. Note very strong internet connection on Roku Ultra
Why is the Netflix app the ONLY app on the Ultra (doesn't buffer on 4K stick) that has given me buffering problems? It gets stuck on loading at 20%. I exit app, go back in and then it works until next time.
I have the power to go off after 20 minutes of not being used but no way of telling as the light on the unit never goes off. Is that normal for the Ultra? My Roku 3 light would go off after not being used for awhile.
And lastly, why a rechargeable remote that you can't change the battery if it dies?
