I had to replace my network modem. Xfinity tech handled the replacement. My WiFi works fine for all of my equipment. The issue is that I pay ROKU for streaming STARZ and have used it for months but now STARZ is asking me to enter my email address with password. I do not have a password for STARZ specifically. Why do I need to do anything to watch episodes? I just watched STARZ on 12/26/2024. Need help. What else do I need to do or contact?
