Could be there's a problem with the wireless on the Roku. Could be a problem with the remote. That's what troubleshooting is hoping to determine.
As for your "I'm not sure" I can't tell what that's referring to. As my first question is a simple yes or no which you should be able to answer by looking, as you did to get the serial number, I'm assuming it's not that. As for the history, I'm unsure how you can be unsure about your history with the box. So, I'm not getting a good feeling about your answers.
I'm willing to help. I'm not willing to pull teeth. If you won't answer questions, fine. Someone else will come along that will put up with that.

My Roku Ultra model: 4670X suddenly stopped working on WIFI . It would not find any available WIFI networks, even though there are at least 6 networks within range. I did a factory reset and am unable to advance past the "select language" stage of setup. I believe that you are correct in that the Roku WIFI antenna must be operating in order to complete the setup. Thanks for helping me confirm the issue with my Roku Ultra.

CorgBee, I don't know if Wi-Fi must be working to get through the setup, but your 4670 came with a Wi-Fi direct remote, so it must be working for the remote to work. If you can use a wired connection and an IR remote you may be able to salvage some use out of it. If you can get through the setup you could also use the app on your phone/tablet as a remote.
