Roku media player can't find content from Windows Media Server Libraries

I have two Roku TVs, 2 Windows 11 computers, and 4 NAS drives on a network. I have the Roku Media Player installed on both TVs, and both computers are set up as Media servers on the network. The media libraries are set up on both computers, and I can see all the media in the libraries on both computers. Media player recognizes both media servers. However, when I try to access the folders on either computer, Roku Media Player can't find any of the media anywhere. I have checked and DLNA streaming is turned on on both computers. Can anyone help?

@mjw72652-

What sort of content?

RMP is somewhat limited in file formats and codecs it supports.  See: https://developer.roku.com/docs/specs/media/streaming-specifications.md

Re: Roku media player can't find content from Windows Media Server Libraries

They are all mp4 files. I can put any of them onto a USB device and media player will play them just fine that way.
