Roku setup

I am having an issue when I first turn on my Roku.  Basically the Roku devices causes a loud noise on the tv.  If I unplug the power on the Roku device for 10 seconds and reconnect the power the Roku device starts working correctly.  I am using the HDMI cable that came with the Roku device.  Any suggestions on how I can fix the aforementioned issue?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Have you tried using another HDMI cable or another HDMI port on your TV? If you haven't tried that yet, we suggest giving it a shot then let us know if that resolves the issue.
