I bought a new TV and I cannot have a picture to come up.... AT ALL.
I tried:
- resetting the device
- different HDMI ports on the TV
- Turn off "smart input"
- Reset TV
- Factory Reset Roku using a different TV, set up, and then plug it back into new TV
- Tried different power supplies (I HAVE NEVER used the TV as a power supply)
Still no picture and a constant screen stating that there is "no signal".
I have an Roku product (ROKU ultra) on another Frame TV, no problem. I thought that the streaming stick is not a problem, but after 2 hours of troubleshooting, I give up. Any tips?
