When I power on the Roku Express 4K+ (Model 3641X2) and the TV (using the power button on the remote), if it has been more than a few minutes since I powered off, the following message appears on my TV: "NO SIGNAL, Press "SOURCE" to check your source. But the source is always correct, i.e. the HDMI port that the Roku device is plugged into. Trying to change to a different source and back again does not help. My Roku device is powered by a USB charger plugged into the wall, not a USB port on the TV. I discovered that I could solve the problem temporarily by unplugging the USB cable and plugging it back in, effectively rebooting the device. That always works but the next time I power off and wait for more than a few minutes before powering back on, the same thing happens.
By the way, there are no correct options for the community board, the Associated products. or the Labels so I just clicked the ones sounding most correct. Please, Roku, fix your web site.
Some Roku models have a "Power saving" option located under Settings->System->Power. If yours does, it's usually set to activate after 20 minutes by default. Pressing any non-TV control button on your remote should wake it. Keep in mind that the power and volume buttons are strictly for the TV and don't affect the Roku device with the caveat that if you have the remote set up for CEC control and not IR control the buttons do go through the Roku device.

That was it! Thank you very much!
