Roku 4 Box - all we get is the  animated logo and nothing happens afterwards.

Fired up an old Roku 4 Box and all we get is the  animated logo and nothing happens afterwards.
We do not see a factory reset button the box.
Suggestions?

Check if there is an SD card installed. If so, remove it. It sometimes gets corrupted or goes bad and causes boot up problems.

Also, the Roku 4 is no longer supported. Several services, like Disney and Hulu, pulled their apps from it.
