Roku setup

Went through setup 5 times now. Works untell I get to the "wireless" screen then the remote quits working. The green light flashes green on the back when I put the batteries in and keeps on flashing.

The blue light is flashing on the streaming player box all the time rather i press the remote or not.

HELP 

Does anyone know how to talk to a real person at Roku??

If you are still unable to resolve the issue, can you please provide the serial number/device ID on your Roku device? I'll be able to assist you further from there.
