I have an active Paramount+ subscription, however when I try to sign on it tells me there is already an active subscription to sign in. How do I know what the email address and password is that they are wanting. I am entering the only combination that I have. What do I do? I just paid my monthly subscription .
You sign into Paramount+ on Roku using the same email address and password that you gave to Paramount+. Make sure you are selecting Sign IN and not Sign UP. I'm assuming you mean that your account is directly with Paramount+, and not made through any third party such as Roku, Apple etc.
When trying to log in you may see a screen where Roku shows you the email address attached to your Roku account and offers to send this to the channel as your login credential. This is not telling you to log in with this email, it's just an offer to save you having to type it in.
If this address IS the one you established with that channel, just hit CONTINUE.
If not, hit the other button and enter the correct email address.
ON THE OTHER HAND...
You should only see that screen when trying to log into the channel's own app. If your subscription (and payments) are through Roku, you should be accessing the channel from inside THE ROKU CHANNEL, which already knows your Roku credentials.
