Hi there!

If you're not seeing the activation email, check your email folders, especially Spam, Junk, or Trash. Sometimes, an activation email might get routed to the wrong folder.

You can also contact our accounts, billing, and subscriptions team directly, they'll help you get activated and get you up and streaming asap. 🙂
