New little roku black box needed

You need to be more specific about what you mean by "wires".  If you're speaking of RCA cables (red, white or black, and yellow), then no current Roku device supports them and any used device wouldn't be worth getting.  If your TV has HDMI inputs then any current Roku device would work.
