Roku setup

I just bought a new Roku ultra. I already have a couple of them so I am familiar with set up. After charging the new remote, I cannot get it to connect to the new ultra. The green light on the remote blinks after I hold the pair button, and the white light is blinking on the ultra, but they never pair. I have tried resetting, etc.

Have you followed the prompts on screen when trying to pair your remote?

If you are still unable to setup the remote with your new Roku device, can you please provide the serial number/device ID on your Roku device? I'll be able to assist you further from there.
