NFL channel not working correctly
I bought the NFL channel November 11 2024, and I have not been able to watch it. How can I get in touch with an actual person to get this problem resolved, my account has been charged for this transaction but am not able to watch the channel.

How did you subscribe directly through NFL app or how exactly? How are you logging into the NFL app?
You can check your Roku subscriptions in your account if you log into your Roku account. If you have those subscriptions through Roku, they will show up there.
You can also reach out to Roku support on their support page.
If you subscribed through NFL directly, then you would need to contact their support.
Have you tried uninstalling the NFL app, restarting the Roku by doing a system restart or unplugging the device and then reinstalling the app?
