Roku setup

My Tcl 32 roku tv, turn on but the remote does not work, I turned on in the bottom in the back of tv. After that I can not see anything in the tv because I can not connect with internet.  The screen there's the same mensagem whe I try to use the back bottom does not change for hdmi or to settings. I can not do nothing

The Universal Remote codes for Roku TV are not the same as the ones for Roku.

If your TV remote isn't working, you may need to troubleshoot that. Is it the remote that came with the TV?

Have you been able to use the Roku app for your phone to act as a remote control temporarily? Do not rely on the phone app as your only remote.

The Voice Remote ($20) works with all Roku TVs, if you aren't able to get your TV remote working.
