Roku setup

My Roku Express works when I am at home, took it to another city and plugged it into another tv, same problem, lights blink but no connection. I also only have a mobile remote on my phone so not able to access the wifi settings, I think it gets stuck on the first wifi setting and only works there so you can’t take it to another address or take it on holiday.

Thanks for making your first post here in the Roku Community.

In cases like this, we would suggest having a physical remote so you can navigate the device and see options we can try, such as connecting it to your mobile hotspot or resetting the network connection to see if that helps.
