Managing Sound for multiple TV'S

I'm dumping DIrecTV.  My basement has 5 tvs.  I currently have the sound of each tv at zero, feed the sound output of each DirecTV receiver into a 6 input 1 output switch which is then connected to a sound receiver, which drives several speakers.  A remote control manages the switch.

If I drive these tv's with a ROKU device is there any way to direct the audio into a similar config to be able to select what audio I want?

Not without adding an HDMI audio extractor to each device.  No current Roku device has any kind of audio output port.
