@DWMills, I don't know why some people have a problem with the email activation. The message is saying everything went ok until Roku tried to send the email to you. They got back some kind of error message when they tried to send the email. It could just be a temporary glitch, so give it a few more tries. I would normally say to try another email address, but if you already have an established Roku account that's not a good solution (unless you want to change the current email address on the account). If you give it a few more tries in the next day or two and you keep getting the same message try reaching out to one of the moderators (the RokuXxxx people) or the dreaded official support - https://support.roku.com/contactus/
I have completed the setup on my cell phone and my tablet but I'm not getting a link code on my TV
@TexasAngel, Roku no longer uses link codes to set up a Roku device. What exactly are you trying to do?
when I reactivated my tcl Roku tv a link code never popped up how do I find a link code
How do I get another link code without factory resetting it
@Walinda2021aicl, Roku no longer uses link codes to link a Roku device to a Roku account. What are you trying to do? If you're trying to link a Roku device to a different Roku account the only way to do it is to factory reset the device.
How do I resolve tjis issue & activate my Roku Account
Im trying to connect & activate my account on my TCL Roku T.V.
Its been about 2 weeks since I did the Factory Reset?
@Phillo33 Why did you do a factory reset? Were you having a problem with the TV before the factory reset? Did you purchase the TV used from someone? When you turn on the TV what are you seeing? Roku no longer uses a link code but sends an email to the address you use to link the Roku TV to your Roku account. Are you unable to get to the step to enter your email address on the TV?
