How do you get rid of someones old Roku code?

So I bought a TV from someone. I can't download any channels without needing their Roku code. I also can't factory reset without the code. How do I get around this?

Hello @Srberg92, thanks for letting us know about the issue that you are experiencing.

We would recommend trying to perform a factory reset on your device. This will reset all settings and return your Roku device to a state ready for initial setup.
