How do I unpair a ROKU Express remote?

I have 2 TVs in the same room both using a Roku Express. Each has a basic (no sound button) controller. The problem is that each controller controls both TVs. Can I unpair each of the controllers from TVs they are not supposed to control? I need this to be able to watch a different channel on each TV.

Roku simple remotes (non-voice) remotes don't get paired.  They will control any Roku device within the line of sight of the remote.  You'd need voice remotes if you want to pair one to each Express.
